Cranberry and Brie Tartlet Recipe
So by this point, many of you have figured out I love easy entertaining ideas and easy appetizers are high on that list. Below are two versions of my brie and cranberry tartlets.
The difference between these two cranberry and brie tartlet recipes is simple. In one of the versions I used a single canned cranberry (photo above) and the other version I used craisins (dried cranberries). Both were delicious, but I must say the canned version was a bit prettier on the plate. For my next batch, I might try my cranberry relish recipe that has oranges and apples included or I might simply try topping them off with a little something special such as a sprinkle of orange zest.
Cranberry and Brie Tartlet Recipe

1 package mini fillo shells (15 count)
6-8 oz of brie cheese (remove the rind before assembling your tarts)
Cranberry options - canned cranberries, Craisins, or cranberry relish
Line a baking or cookie sheet with parchment paper
Place mini fillo shells on baking sheet
Fill each fillo shell about halfway with the brie cheese (remember to remove the rind)
Next, top each fillo shell with cranberry sauce
Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted and the fill shells turn golden brown (keep an eye on them since every oven is a bit different)
