Buffalo Fried Cauliflower

Fried cauliflower is a super easy to make. Cover with parmesan, your favorite sauce, or buffalo sauce and enjoy as an appetizer.

Fried Cauliflower

1 Medium size cauliflower

2 Eggs that are well beaten

½ Cup of flour

Salt & Pepper

½ Cup of milk

2 Tablespoons of melted butter

Oil for frying

Wash and trim the cauliflower head and break the tops off to create small flowerets.

In a bowl, add your two well beaten eggs, flour, salt and pepper and mix together.  Now add your milk and butter then add the flour to create the batter.  

Dip the flowerets into the batter then place a few of them into the hot oil until light golden brown.  Repeat the process with the rest of the cauliflower florets.  

Lightly toss in your favorite buffalo sauce or simply sprinkle the fried cauliflower with Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
