Old City Hall Boston - French Second Empire Style
When one passes Old City Hall in Boston, I feels more like you’re in Europe than in Boston; I cherish living in New England even more, and I think these photos prove my point. Located at 45 School Street, Old City Hall was built between 1862 and 1865 in the French Second Empire Style (yes, I looked that up), and can be easily found when you walk along the Freedom Trail. It can’t be missed, but for reference, it is between the Old South Meeting House and King's Chapel.
This impressive and stately building is now home to many businesses.
