Creating a cozy bed for the winter.
For years I searched high and low for the buffalo check bedding, as seen on our bed, in the exact color I wanted. I’m not kidding years. Yes, I could have had them made, but I would be looking at a lot of expense that could go towards necessary projects here at Sugarwood.
I ended up finding these at an amazing price so with that, I decided to finally purchase a white goose down comforter. I’ve gone the route of “down-like” bedding, but now that I have been sleeping in this cozy bed for a couple of weeks, I'‘m kicking myself for not getting the comforter sooner. I now feel I robbed myself of the comfort and joy (no Christmas pun intended) of a good nights sleep.
I knew I loved them; I’ve slept under a fluffy goose down comforter many different times during my stays at luxury inns and B & B’s and exhaled deeply each time I slid under the covers. Now at 58 years old, I can finally check this obtainable luxury item off my wish list .
