Spring has sprung in New England

As of this morning, I’ve seen a seventy degree sunny spring day, followed by a snow storm. Tis New England. I have a friend who mentioned snow in spring is known as “poor man’s fertilizer” and as long as the snow does not damage our plants, I have to agree. Today, other than a few of my daffodils that are still picking themselves off of the ground, it seems like the flowers and foliage in our yard enjoyed the snow.
