If you are in Salem Massachusetts and you are looking to take care of a sweet tooth, you must stop by Ye Olde Pepper Companie.  Known as the oldest candy company in America, you will find this historic candy store at 122 Derby Street in Salem, MA, which is in the heart of Salem's tourist area and very close to the historic home known as the House of Seven Gables. 

Ye Olde Pepper Companie also sells the first candy made commercially in America and their Gibralters are one of their top sellers. How sweet is that?  See what I did there? I used sweet as a pun :-). 

In this historic candy store you will find chocolate, fudge, taffy, and many other candy confections! 

Some people look at me like I have three heads when I tell them these candy slices are one of my all time favorite candies. 

You won't find Willy Wonka in this store, but you better believe whenever I'm in town, you will find me there!  I don't even have to ask my phone "where is a candy store near me?". My car already knows the way!
